Is hosting included in your website packages?
No. Domain registration and hosting are billed separately from the once-off website development fee, so you only pay for the setup your website actually needs.
Who owns my domain name?
You do. We help register or connect your domain in your business's name so you always stay in control of it.
What happens after the 3 months of post-launch support?
Post-launch support covers minor corrections and small refinements for 3 months (approximately 1 hour per month; unused time doesn't carry over). After that, ongoing maintenance or changes are quoted separately.
